Enter the Dominatrix was originally intended to be DLC in Saints Row: The Third, but was scrapped and much of its intended assets were absorbed into the Saints Row IV base game; it was much of the inspiration behind that sequel. Now it seems we’ll still get our Enter the Dominatrix, redesigned as DLC for Saints Row IV, and it’s available October 22nd.
Anyone who has purchased the Season Pass will of course instantly receive the DLC, while the cost for buying it separate will be $6.99. It will be a mission pack and hopefully will have a handful of other goodies like clothing and such, but we’ll wait and see. Volition does say that we’ll get… well, go ahead Volition.
New weapons, new friends, new enemies, new missions
Meanwhile, the other expected mission pack known as How The Saints Saved Christmas won’t be out until later this year… around Christmas probably, but don’t quote me on that.
One interesting point that may or may not be relevant is that Volition is doing a “three-hour livestream playthrough” of Enter the Dominatrix on October 23rd while taking live questions anyone might have about the DLC. This seems to imply that Enter the Dominatrix will be about 3 hours of mission content.
