Fans of Phoenix Wright take note. This week Capcom of Japan announced that their quirky courtroom drama series will be ported to the 3DS in a single-disc package which will contain the first three titles, Phoenix Wright, Justice for All and Trials and Tribulations. The new release, Naruhodo Serekushyon (Or Naruhodo Selection, Naruhodo being the Japanese name of the titular Phoenix Wright) will contain all 14 chapters of the original three games, with improved high-resolution graphics and 3D effects which will “preserve the quality of the original 2D graphics”. Capcom announced the game will be released in Japan on April 17th, 2014 and will include a number of special editions which will come with extra features such as art books, cellphone charms and limited edition music download codes.
While there is currently no mention of a US release, fans might find hope in the fact that the package will include both options to play in Japanese and English.
