Way to go you dummy, you got murdered, and god knows the Salem police department isn’t going to be smart enough to figure out whodunnit. There’s only one man up for such a task: you, in ghost form! Of course if you saw Murdered: Soul Suspect’s unique announcement at E3 last year you already know all this.
The game’s publisher, Square-Enix, today announced (maybe unsurprisingly) that the game would officially be headed to the Xbox One and Playstation 4 alongside its originally announced platforms (those being the PC, 360, and PS3).
Murdered puts you in the ghostly shoes of one Ronan O’Connor, a Salem police detective with a dark and grizzled past whose life is quickly cut short by an unknown assailant. When you awake you find that instead of trumpets blaring in the clouds of heaven you are instead deposited in a state of limbo known as Dusk. Now Ronan must use his ghostly abilities to solve his own murder so that he can go to the good part of heaven, you know, the one with all the puppies.

No word on an exact release date but sometime in June 2014 seems to the be plan for now.
