As part of yesterday’s press conference between CD Projekt Red and GoG, new details on The Witcher 3 were announced, along with the release of new trailer for the upcoming game. The Witcher 3 will be released on February 24 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. There will a collector’s edition with a statue, a 200 page art book, a wolf medallion made of steel, and all the trappings of the standard edition.
There will also be a digital edition, which will include a digital art book, bonus videos, and a map, and if pre-ordered through GoG.com (which is currently offering 20% off) you will also get a copy of the first issue of the Dark Horse comic (digital), the soundtrack, a copy of Neverwinter Nights, and avatars and all that good stuff. CD Projeck Red will unveil more information next week at E3. In the meantime, if you wanted to get into the series, now is a good time.
