Nintendo of America announced via Twitter that they will release a demo for Super Smash Bros for free on Friday 9/19 for all 3DS owners. However if you are a Select Club Nintendo Platinum member you can play it today!

If you are one of these select few, you will receive an e-mail with four download codes, so keep an eye out for that. It is pretty clear why Nintendo is being so generous as to provide four codes. Not for sharing, that’d be crazy; they want you to install the game four times in your 3DS as you laugh at the all the peasants that are dying to try the game for the next week.
